Stable Manufacturing
ATEK Medical's origin was a Class II and III device operation for a major medical device OEM. The systems, procedures, practices, methodologies, and people we employ, due to the history of being a division from a "Best in Class" OEM, continue to be utilized and applied, thus allowing ATEK to lean out costs and ensure superior quality for our customers. Our long standing history of successful demand forecasting, planning the supply chain, and inventory management of critical devices allows us to continually improve upon key business metrics that we define with our customers. The Value Stream Team business model is utilized to ensure decision making is pushed down to the operational level responsible for specific products and processes. Standardized quality system requirements and best practice manufacturing techniques are maintained across all VS teams by functional department heads.
