Job Description:
This position is responsibile for managing and directing the activities of the business unit including safety, production, quality, engineering, purchasing, and maintenance. Develops proactive interrelationships between the business units and other functional support departments, assuring the business unit functions according to the established policies and procedures set forth by the company, and adheres to all safety and quality standards to achieve continuous improvement towards zero defects in quality and on-time delivery.
